After you choose the right repair, fill out the forms (address and contact information ) .If don't know how to choose the right repair just ask one of our specialists by sending us an email.
Once the booking is complete and the payment is confirmed please follow instructions below:

Please follow these steps:
Apple iPhone users - If you can no longer use your iPhone:
- Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID and password.
- Click Find my iPhone
- Click All Devices then select your Apple device from the drop down list.
- Click Erase then click Erase in the pop-up window. (this process will delete your data)
- When the device has been erased, click Remove from Account and click Remove in the pop-up window.
-This will delete all your personal information from the device and will turn off Find My iPhone, iCloud and
other services. Failure to do this may cause a delay in your device being repaired.
1– We strongly recommend that you back up your device to prevent data loss.
2– Disable your screen passcode (or write it on the checkout page) as we are unable to fully test your device if it is locked.
3– Remove your SIM card and any other accessories.
4– Package your device securely, ideally in box placed inside a jiffy bag.
5– Write your Order Number along with your first and last name on the front of the package.
Android users:
- We advise to backup your data and reset the device to factory settings. Please refer to your handset instructions for advice on how to do this.
- Erase google account remotely so we can activate and test the device.
This is very important so that we can check everything is in working order and inform you if anything else is faulty on the device - pre repair. We also test the device after repair to make sure everything is working the way it did before the repair.
If these steps are not followed, it may result in a delay in your device being repaired to our 1-3 days turnaround promise.
